Pastor Norman C. Bradfield, a native of Dayton, Ohio was born July 26, 1978 to the Late Lynette Marie (Cook) Bradfield and Norman G. Bradfield. Rev. Bradfield is married to Vanessa S. (Thompson) Bradfield. They have one son Norman C. Bradfield II, two daughters, Maya K. Brand-bey and Nyla Lanae Bradfield, as well as one grandson, Xavier Norman Brand-bey. Pastor Bradfield has three brothers and three sisters. 


He received his formal education in the Dayton Public Schools system graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and Wright State University with a B.A. in Political Science. 


Rev. Bradfield has served in many capacities, Past Worshipful Master Morning Star Lodge #38, Past Grand Master, Grand Chaplain Most Worshipful Benevolent Grand Lodge State of Ohio Inc., and Grand Senior Warden. Rev. Bradfield has participated in the Dayton Dialogue on Race Relations through Montgomery County Clerk of Courts and Organized an after school tutoring in partnership with 2B Natural By design as a part of the “No Child Left Behind Initiative,” of Dayton Public Schools.  


Rev. Bradfield worked for the Montgomery County Clerk of Court for 6 ½ years as a Deputy Clerk. He currently works for the Montgomery County Support Enforcement Agency as a CSEA Specialist.  


He accepted Christ at the early age of nine years old and was baptized under the late Rev. Odis Shine. He credits the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church with giving him so many opportunities for leadership and using the gift of God within him as a member of the Usher Board; Youth Fellowship leader; Youth Superintendent  and Superintendent  of Sunday School. He also served as teacher for the Senior Class and Men’s Class.  


In June 1999, Rev. Bradfield accepted his call into the ministry at the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church, where he preached his first sermon on July 11, 2000 entitled, “When the Heat is Turned Up!” and was licensed under the pastorate of Rev. Lewery Watkins. Rev. Bradfield was ordained on December 23, 2001 and was elected as pastor of the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church on March 17, 2002.  In March 2014, Pastor Bradfield organized Resurrection Baptist Church, where he serves as the Senior Pastor. 


Pastor Bradfield strives to provide Godly leadership, sound teaching and preaching under the power of the Holy Spirit.
